Crazy Over Horses background

Crazy Over Horses

In this action-packed film, a group of young friends finds themselves entangled in a thrilling adventure involving a prized race horse and a group of corrupt gamblers.

The Mahoney Collection Agency, consisting of Slip, Sach, Chuck, Butch, and Whitey, becomes embroiled in a horse-racing scheme when they accept a horse named "My Girl" as payment for a debt. Unbeknownst to them, "My Girl" is a valuable racehorse owned by racketeer Big Al, who plans to use it as a ringer for his slow horse, Tarzana. The Bowery boys engage in a series of horse swaps with Big Al and his accomplices, eventually ending up with the good horse and leaving the racketeers with the slow nag.
