Ezgi Mola was born on March 29, 1983, in Istanbul, Turkey, although she hails from Malatya. Her early life and education were spent in Istanbul, where she received her primary and high school education.
Mola's interest in acting began at a young age, and she started taking acting classes at the Müjdat Gezen Art Center while still in high school. She continued her education at the same art center after graduating from high school and graduated with the first place in her department.
At just 17 years old, Mola made her television debut in 2000 with the TV series Karate Can, directed by Kartal Tibet. After completing her four-year education at Müjdat Art Center, she received additional theater training from Aydogan Temel for two years.

However, it was her 2006 film "You Are the Woman of My Life," in which she starred alongside Türkan Soray, that brought her real success. Mola won the Sadri Alisik Award for Best Supporting Actress in 2007 for her performance in the film, which allowed her to showcase her acting abilities and work alongside her personal idol, Türkan Soray.
In 2008, Mola starred in an improvised sit-com directed by Ugur Yücel, a first for Turkey. She then continued to rise to fame with numerous commercials and projects, eventually becoming a household name with her role in the entertainment program Arkadasim Hosgeldin, alongside Tolga Çevik.
