In this action-packed movie, a former Navy pilot is recruited by the Secret Service to track down a smuggling ring that's bringing in illegal aliens from Mexico. The pilot, Brass, goes undercover in prison to gather intel from a former smuggler and eventually infiltrates the ring to capture the leader and bring them to justice.
