Walter De Donder, a talented individual, was initially approached in 1990 to play a one-time role in the popular television series Samson & Gert, where he portrayed the character of the burgomaster, at that time still nameless, and was expected to make a limited appearance. However, his performance was met with such acclaim that he was subsequently offered a permanent role in the program, marking the beginning of a long and successful tenure.
In addition to his work in Samson & Gert, Walter De Donder has also been a part of the beloved children's television series Kabouter Plop since 1997, bringing joy and entertainment to audiences of all ages.
Prior to his professional acting career, Walter De Donder was involved with an amateur theatrical troupe and even operated his own puppet theater, aptly named "Bibberlip", showcasing his versatility and creativity in the world of entertainment.
