Notably, his short films have been showcased at numerous prestigious international film festivals, cementing his reputation as a talented and innovative filmmaker. Two of his notable short films, "Crack" (2017) and "A Place of Happiness" (2017),were selected for screening at the esteemed African Film Festival in Dallas, Texas.
What's more, Tunde Apalowo's journey to success was marked by a unique blend of self-taught filmmaking skills and formal education. Prior to pursuing his passion for filmmaking, he attended the University of Benin, where he studied Civil Engineering.
However, it was his triumph in the Homevida short script competition, empowered by the United Nations, that catapulted him into the limelight, earning him widespread recognition and acclaim within the film industry.
