Tony is a multi-award-winning filmmaker whose remarkable body of work has garnered significant attention and accolades, with screenings at prestigious festivals such as the Academy Award, Canadian Screen Award, BAFTA, and BIFA qualifying events.
Their debut feature, Whoops!, made a notable impact upon its premiere at Raindance in 2013, being selected as a Top 10 Pick and, uniquely, being the only British film chosen for the Raindance Tour in 2014.
Since then, Tony has collaborated with esteemed organizations such as the BBC and Searchlight Pictures, worked as the Video Producer for Young Thug Records in association with EMI Records, and been selected for the inaugural Future of Film and IHS X FEAR incubators, a testament to their innovative approach and dedication to their craft.
Tony's most recent projects have continued to garner recognition and acclaim, including the award-winning adaptation of 'Standing Woman' by internationally acclaimed author Yasutaka Tsutsui, which was nominated for the Yorkshire Film Award at Leeds International Film Festival in 2021 and has since been acquired by ALTER.
Their latest short, 'The Lure', has also received widespread acclaim, being nominated for a Méliès D’Argent and currently touring festivals around the world, with sponsorship from CenterFrame.
