John Hipwell is a renowned and accomplished film producer with a diverse range of credits to his name. With over 40 years of experience in the industry, he has worked on an impressive array of feature films, documentaries, television and cinema commercials, corporate productions, video art, and international co-productions.
Hipwell's journey began at the Victorian College of the Arts, where he trained in film and television production in the early 1970s. He quickly gained valuable experience working on iconic Australian films such as Alvin Purple, Snap Shot, and Mad Max.
