Jishnu Raghavan Alingkil, professionally recognized by his mononym Jishnu, was a renowned Indian film actor who predominantly worked in the Malayalam film industry. He was the son of a well-known actor, Raghavan, who also had the distinction of directing Jishnu's debut film, Kilipatt, which garnered significant recognition by being selected for the prestigious Indian Panorama.
Tragically, Jishnu's life was cut short on March 25, 2016, at Amrita Hospital in Kochi, after a prolonged and courageous battle against throat and lung cancer, which had plagued him for two years prior to his passing.
