In the heart of South America's jungles, Fu Manchu and his daughter Lin Tang secretly reside in a hidden city. Fu Manchu discovers a deadly poison that spreads through a kiss and uses it to abduct 10 women, infecting them to destroy his enemies. He sends one of the women to London to kiss his arch-nemesis, Scotland Yard agent Nayland Smith, who becomes blinded by the poison.
