Kageyama Shigeo (also known as "Mob") is an 8th grader with extraordinary psychic abilities that have been developing since a young age. He can bend spoons and lift objects with his mind at such a young age but gradually begins to refrain from using his powers in public due to the negative attention he receives. His goal now is to become friends with Tsubomi, one of his classmates. With the help of his psychic mentor (who lacks psychic abilities),Kageyama continues with his daily life, striving to achieve his purpose in life.
