Counterfeiter "100 Dollar Bill" Bailey has evaded capture for 15 years, passing off fake $100 bills. He poses as Secret Service agent Charles Mitchell, convincing police to help him catch him at a racetrack. But Bailey uses the sting to swap his fake bills for real ones. Torchy, aided by a former Gahagan and a German shepherd named Blitzen, ultimately uncovers the counterfeiting ring.
