A strip bar, Zipper's Clown Palace, is shutting down, and Neil enters, taking the dancers, bartender, and remaining customers hostage. He forces them to complete tasks, exploiting their vulnerabilities and using his gun to maintain control. As the hostages devise a plan to resist his demands, two police officers outside the club notice something is amiss and consider intervening.
