Wolf von Frankenstein returns to his family's manor with his wife and son, only to face resistance from the locals who fear his father's dark legacy. He discovers his father's notes in a sealed briefcase and, with the help of Igor, revives the monster, which had been in a coma. Despite initial failures, the creature eventually awakens, and a series of gruesome murders in the village points to its involvement.
