In the next movie, a group of outlaws, led by Sheldon, orchestrate a heist by stealing gold bars from Allen's stamp mill and then melting them down into nuggets at Sheldon's abandoned mine. Whip, posing as an outlaw, discovers the scheme and heads to the mine, unaware that Doris has inadvertently revealed his true identity to Sheldon.
