Vince Martin, a multifaceted individual born on July 3, 1955, is a Dutch-Australian actor, editor, director, jazz singer, and musician, who has gained widespread recognition for his portrayal of Steven Richardson, also known as Mr. Bad, in the popular television series E Street, which aired from 1991 to 1992.
