Valery Nikolaev, a multitalented actor and dancer, has made a significant impact in the world of theater, choreographing an impressive five productions at the renowned Chekhov MKhAT theater.
One of his most notable achievements was choreographing the iconic musical, My Fair Lady, in Moscow back in 2000.
In addition to his work in theater, Nikolaev has also ventured into the world of film, traveling to Hollywood in 1997 to play a role in Phillip Noyce's action-packed thriller, The Saint.
Nikolaev's journey in the performing arts began at the prestigious Moscow Art Theatre (MKhAT),where he studied under the guidance of the esteemed Oleg Tabakov.
It was during his time at MKhAT that he met his future wife, Irina Apeksimova, with whom he would share a lifelong passion for the arts.
After completing his studies, Nikolaev joined the Chekhov MKhAT theater, where he honed his craft and showcased his exceptional dancing skills, exceling in both rock and tap styles.
To further refine his tap dancing abilities, Nikolaev went on to receive a certificate in tap dancing from a university in Florida, demonstrating his dedication to his craft.
