From the tender age of six, she embarked on a journey of artistic expression, entering Televisa's renowned art workshop under the direction of the esteemed Martha Zavaleta. This marked the beginning of her disciplined training in various artistic disciplines, including ballet, jazz, fencing, singing, acting, and stage management, among others. Her instructors included the accomplished Irma Montero, Gabriela Cárdenas, and Jorge Becerril, as well as Adalberto Martínez "Resortes," who taught a mambo workshop.
At the age of eleven, she became an integral part of the musical group A.T.M. alongside Horacio and Israel, her classmates from the same workshop, a project created by the visionary Mildred Villafañe in 1990, who also produced the influential group Flans. Unfortunately, the project came to a close in 1992 due to the closure of the Melody record label.
Years later, in 2001, after having made her mark in the Peruvian soap opera Boulevard (1997) alongside Jorge D'alessio, she co-founded the group B.A.S.E. with Dann, Lui, Gerson, and Tana. This marked the beginning of her songwriting endeavors, as she released an album featuring eleven tracks, including the singles "Pisando Raya" and "Niña Rebelde."
In 2004, she was cast for the role of Anybody's (renamed X in the Mexican production) after attending an audition for Amor sin Barreras with some friends, courtesy of Gerardo Quiroz and Juan Carlos "El Borrego" Nava. Following her work on this project and her participation in the telenovela Mujer de madera (2004),she took a hiatus from acting to pursue her passion for production, working as an assistant at Endemol while studying acting in the United States. However, after being accepted into the academy and receiving an invitation to a professional course for foreigners, she was offered the opportunity to participate in Nacho Cano's Hoy No me Puedo Levantar in 2006, ultimately deciding to stay in Mexico to play the role of Patricia Luli.
In the following years, she expanded her theatrical experience by participating in various plays, including Chicas Católicas (2007),Avenue Q (2008),Show Roxana Castellanos, 7 Mujeres (2011),Ni princesas Ni esclavas (2011),and Divorciadas (2011). She also appeared in the films Pamela (2008) and Casi divas (2008).
In 2015, she made her Broadway debut with the play Que no se culpe a nadie de mi muerte, a story by Humberto Robles, in which she portrayed five distinct characters: the grandmother, the mother, the boyfriend, the sister, and the protagonist. During the same year, she presented the play in Mexico, and reprised her role in 2017 at the Foro Shakespeare.
In mid-2019, she exchanged vows with her beloved Lucía Cano in Zacatlán de las Manzanas, Puebla, with Jannette Chao composing a special song for the ceremony.
