Unniraj Cheruvathur, a talented actor from Mollywood, hails from the picturesque village of Cheruvathur in Kasargod district. His journey in the world of acting began with amateur theatrical dramas with "VV Smaraka Kala Vedi", a platform that allowed him to hone his skills. Subsequently, he joined "Kerala Sangeetha Nadaka Academy" for three years, where he had the opportunity to perform in three different dramas, namely "Aathmavinte Idanazhi", "Vesham", and "Chaayam".
With over 20 years of experience in directing MIMEs for Kerala State Kaloltsavam, Unniraj's expertise in the field is undeniable. He made his television debut in the comedy series "Marimayam" on Mazhavil Manorama Channel, showcasing his versatility as a performer. His entry into the Malayalam film industry was marked by the film "Njaan", directed by Ranjith and starring Dulqer Salmaan.
Unniraj's subsequent film credits include "Thondimuthalum Driksaakshiyum", directed by Dileesh Pothan and starring Fahad Faasil as Poet Rajesh Ambalathara. He has also appeared in "Pranayameenukalude Kadal", directed by Kamal and playing the role of Aandiyettan.
