Tracy Ifeachor, a talented actress, was born and raised in Plymouth, a seaside city in Devonshire, England. Her early life was marked by academic achievements, as she was crowned Senior Verse Speaking Champion of the South-West at the tender age of 15. This success sparked her passion for acting, and she aspired to attend drama school to hone her craft. However, her father, a renowned Professor of Electronic engineering, an accomplished lecturer, and published author, encouraged her to complete her education before pursuing her dreams.
Tracy's hard work and dedication eventually paid off when she won a scholarship to attend a prestigious acting school in London, England. She graduated with honors from The Royal Central School of Speech & Drama, an esteemed institution that has produced many notable actors. Even before graduating, Tracy caught the attention of the renowned Royal Shakespeare Company and landed her first acting role with them.
Tracy's big break came when she starred in a Revolver Entertainment and Magma Pictures feature film called "Blooded" as the Co-lead, Eve. This role marked the beginning of her journey as a professional actress. She then went on to secure a role in the long-running BBC medical drama "Casualty" as Leila, further solidifying her position in the industry.
Tracy's impressive performance in Shakespeare's "As You Like It" earned her a nomination for the Ian Charleson Award, a prestigious recognition for outstanding performances in classical theater. Her versatility as an actress was showcased when she appeared in the final episodes of David Tennant's "Dr. Who" series, playing the daughter of actor David Harewood.
Tracy's transatlantic recognition was cemented when she made her Stateside debut in the HBO & Cinemax series "Strike Back: Vengeance" as Lilian Lutulu, opposite Charles Dance and Eamonn Walker. When she's not busy with her acting career, Tracy is a dedicated youth worker and enjoys high board diving in her free time.
