Biography

Rahela Ferari, a Serbian actress of notable talent, was born with the name White Rohel Frajnd. Her illustrious career spanned several decades, commencing in the 1930s and extending into the 1940s. During this period, she made a name for herself by performing on the stages of the Serbian National Theatre in Novi Sad from 1930 to 1940, as well as the Art Theatre in Belgrade from 1940 to 1941.

However, her acting career was temporarily put on hold during World War II, a time of great turmoil and upheaval. It wasn't until the war had ended and the world was slowly rebuilding that Ferari returned to the stage, resuming her performances in Novi Sad from 1945 to 1947.

The establishment of the Yugoslav Drama Theatre in 1947 marked a new chapter in Ferari's life, as she became a star of the theatre, gracing the stages of Novi Sad with her presence and talent. Her impressive repertoire included both domestic and international productions, cementing her status as a highly respected and accomplished actress.

In her personal life, Ferari was married to the renowned actor Aleksandar Stojkovic, a union that undoubtedly brought joy and fulfillment to both parties.
