Mihkel Smeljanski, a renowned Estonian singer and actor, was born on March 8, 1950, in the charming town of Haapsalu. He would go on to leave an indelible mark on the world of entertainment before his passing on February 21, 2020.
Smeljanski's educational background was marked by a brief stint at the Theater Arts Department of the Tallinn State Conservatory from 1970 to 1972, although he did not ultimately graduate. However, this early exposure to the performing arts would prove to be a catalyst for his future endeavors.
