Meg Barrick, a remarkable individual, was born and raised in the charming city of Wheeling, West Virginia. She graduated from Wheeling Park High School in 2008, where she was the only child of Larry Barrick, a skilled Computer Systems Analyst, and Judy Barrick, a dedicated Occupational Therapist.
Following her high school graduation, Meg made the bold decision to leave her hometown and move to New York to pursue a career in modeling. Although she was initially sent on a few acting auditions, she soon discovered that her true passion lay in acting. This newfound passion led her to enroll in The Alan Gordon Studio, located in the vibrant West Village.
From winter 2009 to fall 2011, Meg diligently studied The Meisner Technique, scene study, and audition technique under the guidance of renowned acting coach Alan Gordon. Her time at the studio allowed her to hone her craft and develop the skills necessary to succeed in the competitive world of acting.
As the seasons changed and the weather grew warmer, Meg felt an itch for the sun-kissed West Coast and a desire to experience the excitement of Los Angeles firsthand. In the fall of 2011, she made the bold decision to relocate to Los Angeles, California, where she continued her studies in scene study and audition technique at the prestigious Joanne Barron/D.W. Brown Studios.
Under the tutelage of Lisa Millilo, Meg has been diligently honing her acting skills and auditioning for various roles whenever possible. Her determination and passion for acting have set her on a path to success, and it is clear that she is destined for great things in the world of entertainment.
