Beginning his career in the visual media, Madhu started by collaborating with various advertisement companies as an Associate, honing his skills and gaining valuable experience.
Madhu's entry into feature films came with Ashiq Abu's Daddy Cool in 2009, where he served as an assistant director, marking the beginning of a fruitful collaboration with Ashiq.
From Ashiq's third film, 22 Female Kottayam in 2012, Madhu frequently worked alongside Ashiq as an associate director, further developing his expertise and understanding of the film industry.
