Lisa Werlinder, a multifaceted Swedish actress and jazz musician/singer, was born on March 12, 1972, in Vaksala, Uppsala. She pursued her passion for music and acting by enrolling in the Royal Swedish Academy of Music in Stockholm and later at Luleå Acting Academy, where she earned her degree between 1996 and 2000.
Following her graduation, Werlinder was handpicked by the renowned director Ingmar Bergman to work at The Royal Dramatic Theatre in Stockholm, where she has since appeared in numerous productions, including a critically acclaimed performance as Cordelia in King Lear.
Werlinder made her film debut in 2000, starring as Ludmilla in the thriller Hassel - Förgörarna and as Helena, a struggling actress, in the drama film Gossip, directed by Colin Nutley.
