With his newfound skills in directing and editing, Liam went on to create over 300 fishing programs, ultimately deciding to take on the role of presenter for these productions.
In the year 1997, the esteemed British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) extended an invitation to Liam to host his first prime-time series, "The Big Catch", which premiered on Friday nights and took viewers on a global journey to witness the capture of some of the largest species known to humanity via rod and line.
Throughout his illustrious career, Dale has demonstrated his versatility by directing and producing a wide range of topics, including literary masterpieces such as those penned by Jane Austen, as well as more unusual subjects like ancient steam trains, ghosts, and witches.
