Carl Gustav Lennart Jähkel, born September 27, 1956, in Piteå, Norrbotten county, Sweden, is a renowned Swedish actor. He spent his childhood in Timrå, where he was raised by his parents, Carl Jähkel and Carin, who possess German roots on his father's side.
Jähkel pursued his passion for acting at the prestigious Statens scenskola in Malmö from 1979 to 1982. Since then, he has been an integral part of various theatres, showcasing his remarkable talent. His impressive filmography includes the critically acclaimed films Suxxess (2002) and Så som i himmelen (2004),for which he received a Guldbagge award nomination.
Throughout his illustrious career, Jähkel has been an active member of the Stockholm City Theater since 1996, taking on numerous roles in various plays. He has also ventured into the world of computer games, lending his voice to the iconic character Mulle in the PC games about Mulle Meck.
