Lauren is a multifaceted individual with a passion for the performing arts, holding a merited Diploma and Degree from the prestigious Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA) and Aberystwyth University.
With her extensive training, she has had the opportunity to hone her craft on the stage, taking on lead roles in various musicals, plays, and pantomimes. Her impressive repertoire has also led to her transition into the Film and Television industry, where she has worked on several BBC dramas and advertisements for high-end companies.
In 2019, Lauren made her mark in the film industry, starring as "Stella Simmons" in the Action/Thriller feature film 'Control', alongside the renowned Kevin Spacey. Not only did she excel as an actress, but she also took on the role of producer, bringing the project to life and ensuring its worldwide release, with a potential theatrical release in December.
Lauren's expertise extends beyond acting, as she is also qualified in screen combat with the British Action Academy. Her impressive skills have led to her being cast in her next lead role with a different production company, while simultaneously producing her next feature film with Cupsogue Pictures, in which she will once again have a prominent role.
