Kushal Chakraborty, a multifaceted Indian Bengali individual, has made a significant mark in the world of cinema, not only as an actor but also as a film director.
At the tender age of six, Kushal embarked on his journey in the film industry, playing the role of Mukul Dhar in the iconic film Sonar Kella, directed by the legendary Satyajit Ray. This remarkable performance earned him the prestigious National Film Award for Best Child Artist in the year 1974.
Aside from his illustrious career in the film industry, Kushal has also pursued his academic interests, graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering from the esteemed Jadavpur University.
