Kimberley's remarkable journey on American Idol served as a springboard for her multifaceted career, which now encompasses philanthropy, entrepreneurship, culinary ventures, life coaching, and a thriving music and television presence.
Immediately following her American Idol stint, Kimberley signed with Curb Records, where she flourished as a recording artist, releasing three full-length albums with the label. Her impressive discography boasts eight Top 20 Adult Contemporary hits and four #1 Dance hits across various Billboard charts. Notably, her #1 club hit, a remake of the Freda Payne classic "Band of Gold," was included on Billboard's "Top 50 Dance Songs of the Decade" list, solidifying her status as a prominent force in the music industry.
Kimberley's achievements extend beyond the music realm, as she made history by becoming the only recording artist to score a #1 Christmas song on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart three consecutive years. In 2009, she parted ways with Curb Records to establish her own artist consulting company, I AM Entertainment, LLC. This venture marked a significant turning point in her career, allowing her to maintain creative control and pursue her artistic vision.
Kimberley's dedication to her craft has been rewarded with numerous releases, including her first independent EP album, "Four for the Floor," which debuted in July 2011 through I AM Entertainment. Since then, she has released several singles and, in 2021, unveiled two new albums, cementing her position as a versatile and resilient artist.
