His directorial debut, the 2022 horror short film Refuse, showcased his versatility, as he not only directed but also produced, co-wrote, and starred in the project.
Born in Los Angeles, California, Kenneth's creative inclinations were nurtured from a young age by his parents, Sunja, an artist and designer, and Ignatius, a property manager. His mother's encouragement of his participation in music, art, and public speaking classes sparked his initial interest in storytelling.
Kenneth's academic journey began at John Burroughs Middle School, where he developed a passion for filmmaking. His teachers allowed him to submit his films as semester finals, further fueling his enthusiasm for the craft. He then attended Francisco Bravo Medical Magnet High School, where he continued to hone his filmmaking skills, creating short films for various classes.
In addition to his academic pursuits, Kenneth also honed his public speaking skills through Academic Decathlon and scholarship contests. His dedication to these activities laid the groundwork for his future as a public speaker.
Kenneth's academic achievements earned him a spot at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA),where he took his first acting for film course. Upon graduation, he transitioned to a career in acting, landing co-star roles in various network TV shows, including Southland (TNT),Rizzoli and Isles (TNT),and The Middle (ABC).
However, Kenneth's true calling lay in public speaking, and he spent nearly 20 years sharing his insights on theology, ethics, and spiritual flourishing with diverse audiences. He further solidified his expertise by earning a Master's degree in Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary.
Today, Kenneth continues to inspire young people throughout Los Angeles, sharing messages of hope and spiritual growth as a renowned public speaker.
