Maria Geraldine "Jinkee" Jamora Pacquiao, born Maria Geraldine Capeña Jamora on January 12, 1979, is a notable figure in the Philippines, married to the renowned professional boxer and congressman Manny Pacquiao, and currently serving as the vice governor of Sarangani province in the southern island of Mindanao.
Born at St. Elizabeth Hospital in General Santos, Jinkee Jamora was raised in a conservative family with her parents Nestor Jamora and Rosalina (née Capeña),and twin sister Janet. She pursued her education at Notre Dame and later attended AMA Computer University. Prior to her marriage, Jinkee worked as a beauty consultant, where she met her future husband Manny Pacquiao in 2000, and they had five children together, including a son named Israel Pacquiao, born on April 27, 2014.
In 2012, Manny Pacquiao encouraged Jinkee to run for vice governor of Sarangani province, after he was indecisive about supporting one of his two close friends who both sought his endorsement for the position. Jinkee was elected as the candidate of the United Nationalist Alliance in the May 2013 election, marking a significant milestone in her political career.
