Gabriella Kapsaski is a multifaceted creative force, exceling as both a writer and a theatre and film director/producer. Her extensive background in theatre has been marked by numerous notable achievements.
As the founder and producer of the "Ancient Theatre Alive Festival" from 2000 to 2002, Kapsaski played a pivotal role in bringing this event to life. Additionally, she worked as a producer for the Antitheatro, Athens, from 1998 to 2002, and Act Provocateur International at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival from 2005 to 2006.
Kapsaski's impressive list of credits also includes the production and co-writing of two radio series. "Europe between the Wars" (1981-1982),a collaboration with Kostas Mazanis, and "Under the Light of the Full Moon" (1981-1983),a National Radio Greece production.
In the realm of film, Kapsaski has produced and co-written several projects, including "Spidarlings" (2016),which was released by "Troma" in 2018, "My Head Hurts" (2000),and "Films Confiscated from a French Brothel" (2019).
As the Co-Founder and C.E.O. of Après Vague Productions, Kapsaski has been instrumental in shaping the company's vision and direction. She has also worked as a producer for 37 episodes of the US TV show London Calling.
