Gabriel Rojas Vera, a renowned figure, entered this world on October 15, 1977, in the vibrant city of Bogotá. His educational journey commenced at the esteemed Emmanuel d'Alzon School, where he earned his high school diploma in 1995. Subsequently, he pursued higher education at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, focusing on the intricacies of film and television. Specifically, he developed a strong expertise in playwriting and screenwriting, ultimately culminating in his graduation in 2005. After honing his craft, Rojas Vera made his directorial debut with the film "Karen llora en un bus", which premiered on May 13, 2011, in the prestigious Forum section of the 2011 Berlin Film Festival.
