Gabriel "Gabe" Nevins, a talented actor, was born on August 26, 1991, and went on to land the starring role in the 2007 film Paranoid Park directed by the renowned Gus Van Sant. The movie premiered at the prestigious 2007 Cannes Film Festival as one of the 22 films competing for the top prize, and ultimately won the special 60th anniversary award.
Before his big break, Nevins was discovered and cast as the lead in Paranoid Park while auditioning to be a skateboarding extra in 2006. Hailing from Milwaukie, Oregon, he attended Rex Putnam High School.
