Eva-Marie's life story began in New York City, where she was born to an American mother and a Swiss-German father. However, her early years were spent in Vaud, Switzerland, where her family relocated and she spent most of her youth.
At the tender age of 15, Eva-Marie started her acting career on stage in Geneva, showcasing her remarkable talent. Her exceptional skills as a pianist earned her a spot at the prestigious Gymnase Auguste-Piccard in Lausanne. During her summers, she would commute to the UK to hone her craft at the Sylvia Young Theatre School and later at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art.
As she turned 17, Eva-Marie made the permanent move to the UK to pursue her passion for Biological Sciences at University College London. It was during this time that she was discovered by her first modeling agency and started working professionally as a film actress, landing her first screen role in The Circle (2017) as Claire.
After graduating with a degree in Zoology, Eva-Marie returned to her passion for acting, securing a place at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama under the guidance of Amanda Brennan. Since graduating in 2017, Eva-Marie has continued to work consistently in film, both in front of and behind the camera.
Her love for film has driven her to explore every aspect of the industry, often taking on roles as an art director for projects such as Outsiders (2021) and Sucker (2022),or working in production with directors like Regan Hall and Pedro Allevato. Eva-Marie is also a talented writer, penning spoken word and classically-influenced poetry, with several of her pieces published in recognized journals.
Eva-Marie's impressive work has earned her a nomination at the BAMV Fest 2021 for her role in the music video OMEN (artist David Lindmer),which will be screened at the iconic South by Southwest Festival in Austin, Texas as part of its 2022 program.
