Dakore Egbuson-Akande, a renowned Nigerian actress, was born Dakore Omobola Egbuson on October 14, 1978, in Bayelsa State, Nigeria. As the first child of her parents, she grew up to become a prominent figure in the entertainment industry.
Dakore's educational background includes attending Corona School and Federal Government Girls' College in Lagos and Bauchi, respectively. She later pursued a degree in mass communication at the University of Lagos, but unfortunately, she had to drop out due to frequent strikes.
