Charles began his journey in the performing arts at the tender age of three, competing in dance competitions throughout Michigan until he completed high school. He then pursued higher education, enrolling in a comprehensive program that combined Acting, Musical Theater, and Dance at the university level. Charles's academic endeavors culminated in the attainment of a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance from the prestigious University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
During his time at the University, Charles took advantage of an independent study program, which allowed him to immerse himself in the world of Contemporary and Ballet while studying Choreography at The Korean National University of Art in Seoul, South Korea. This unique opportunity not only honed his skills but also broadened his cultural understanding.
Throughout his career, Charles has been featured in various high-profile productions, including Dancing with the Stars, World of Dance, Tosh.0, and Penny Dreadful: City of Angels. His extensive credits also include collaborations with renowned artists such as The Cheetah Girls, The Jonas Brothers, Luis Fonsi, Eminem, David Schwimmer, Helene Fischer, Shaggy, Andrea Bocceli, Josh Groban, Toni Braxton, John Stamos, Iris Bouche, William Forsythe, Frank Wildhorn, and Queen Latifah, among others.
Currently residing in Los Angeles, California, Charles continues to work in the entertainment industry, where he is actively involved in various projects. In addition to his performance career, Charles is also dedicated to arts education and choreography, and he frequently travels to the United States, Canada, Central America, and South Korea to share his expertise and passion with others.
