In addition to his academic pursuits, Benjamin is a sought-after instructor, teaching a range of courses including Directing, Cinematography, and Documentary production at various international film schools. His expertise and influence extend beyond the classroom, as he serves as a member of the Board of Advisors for the iconic Anthology Film Archives in Manhattan.
As a co-founder of the film production company, Celluloid Rain Productions, headquartered in both New York and Paris, Benjamin has played a pivotal role in bringing innovative projects to life. His dedication to the film industry is further exemplified by his position as Festival Director of the New York City International Reel Film Festival, as well as his role as an Advisory Board member to the Havana Film Festival New York and the American Friends of the Ludwig Foundation of Cuba.
