Benh Zeitlin, a cinematic virtuoso, embarked on his illustrious journey as a filmmaker at the astonishingly young age of six, when he and a childhood friend collaborated on a Batman-inspired masterpiece. This inaugural foray into the world of filmmaking merely marked the beginning of a lifelong passion, as Benh continued to hone his craft throughout his formative years.
Before entering the realm of higher education, Benh attended Wesleyan University, where he majored in film, laying the groundwork for a future distinguished by creative innovation and technical expertise. Following his academic pursuits, Benh spent a summer in the picturesque city of Prague, where he had the privilege of working alongside a renowned animation artist, further refining his skills and broadening his artistic horizons.
Upon his return to the United States, Benh brought his unique blend of creativity and expertise to the educational setting, serving as a mentor and instructor at a private school in Manhattan.
