Born in the picturesque city of San Mateo, California, on July 13th, 1992, a date that would mark the beginning of a lifelong passion for the arts.
At a remarkably young age, a spark was ignited, and the world of art became an integral part of this individual's life. The fascination with film, in particular, began to take shape after receiving their first VHS-C camera at the tender age of 10. What initially started as a simple yet thrilling activity - blowing up model spaceships with firecrackers - gradually evolved into more complex and creative endeavors.
As time passed, stop-motion animation shorts became a staple of their creative output, and by the time they entered high school, they had already developed a knack for producing live-action war and horror videos in collaboration with their friends. This early exposure to the world of filmmaking laid the groundwork for a future filled with excitement and creative expression.
Following their high school graduation, the individual decided to pursue a formal education in film at the esteemed San Francisco Academy of Art. It was during this period that they developed a deep appreciation for the art of 16mm film, experimenting with various techniques and pushing the boundaries of their creative vision.
Upon completing their studies, they had acquired a comprehensive understanding of film equipment and techniques, allowing them to produce a series of impressive shorts. However, it was their desire to explore the world beyond the confines of academia that led them to make the bold decision to drop out of film school.
The next chapter in their journey took them to Atlanta, Georgia, where they would go on to experience a life-altering event - a motorcycle wreck that, although unfortunate, ultimately provided the necessary funds to bring their first feature film, Hellbound, to life.
