Rogers' breakthrough came in 1992 when she landed dual roles as Alpha and Donna in the popular CBC Television children's series, The Odyssey, which ran for three seasons, concluding in 1994 with a total of 39 episodes.
Her most notable performance was in the 1995 coming-of-age ensemble comedy-drama film, Now and Then, set in 1970. In this iconic film, Rogers portrayed the child version of Christina "Chrissy" Dewitt, who was later portrayed as an adult by the accomplished actress, Rita Wilson.
Moore's acting credits also include guest appearances on prominent television shows such as Madison, Northern Exposure, and Strange Luck.
Tragically, Ashley Rogers Moore's life was cut short on December 10, 2007, when she succumbed to an accidental heroin overdose in British Columbia, Canada.
