Anna Babkova, the Ukrainian beauty who was a finalist in the 2004 Miss Ukraine pageant, went on to conquer Turkey. She played a leading role in the film "Son Osmanlı Yandım Ali" and captured the hearts of Turkish audiences worldwide.
Born to an electrical engineer father and a choral director mother, Anna moved to Ukraine from the Caucasus region. She began her music career at the age of 5, learning to play the saxophone at her mother's suggestion.
During her school years, Anna experimented with modeling and even had her first professional photoshoot at the age of 17. She also started developing her skills as a host.
Anna attended the Harkov Pedagogical College, studying English as a teacher, from 1998 to 2003. She then graduated from the Ukrainian Presidential Administration Academy in Harkov, majoring in organization management.
In 2004, Anna participated in the Miss Ukraine 2004 pageant and became a finalist, also winning the "Miss Photo" award.
After her successful stint on the modeling catwalk, Anna received offers to host TV shows in Turkey. She landed a leading role in the film "Son Osmanlı Yandım Ali" in 2006 and was ranked among the top 5 most famous foreigners in Turkey by Cosmopolitan magazine.
Anna worked in radio, television, advertising, and social media until 2007. However, she had to put her modeling career on hold after her fiancé's untimely death. She returned to Ukraine and started her own business, which became a huge success.
Eight years later, Anna decided to return to Turkey and restart her film career. Despite the challenges ahead, Anna is a strong and determined woman.
