In a newly liberated Mexican village, Chico, a former member of the original Magnificent Seven, settles down with his wife Petra, but their peaceful life is short-lived. A ruthless rancher, Lopez, demands that the farmers build a church and memorial for his deceased sons, backed by 60 hired guns. Chris Adams, a laconic leader, must assemble a new team of brave protectors to stand up against the threat and restore peace.
