A young man named Ryota sets out to find his missing brother, Yata, and joins his friends Nita and Ichino on a ship they believe belongs to a notorious criminal. Their journey takes a dramatic turn when they're attacked by a monstrous crustacean and shipwrecked on Letchi Island. There, they discover the native people of Infant Island are being held captive by the Red Bamboo, a terrorist organization manufacturing nuclear weapons.
