Project Tic-Toc, a multi-billion dollar government installation, is home to the Time Tunnel invention, allowing people to visit any point in time and space. Tony Newman and Doug Phillips, the project's young heads, test the tunnel for a senator, but become trapped and find themselves at pivotal historical events, including the Siege of Troy, the Titanic's sinking, and an assassination attempt on President Lincoln.
