Shogun

An English navigator finds himself caught in the intricate web of feudal Japan's power struggles, forced to navigate treacherous alliances and rivalries as both a participant and pawn.

In the early 17th century, a ship piloted by Englishman John Blackthorne crashes on the Japanese coast. He must navigate the complex web of power struggles between Lord Yoshi Toranaga and Ishido, two powerful men vying for the title of Shogun, which will grant them ultimate authority.
