Heavenly Host Elementary School is a legendary elementary school renowned for its ghost stories due to its troubled history. It was demolished after the murders and disappearances of several staff and students, and now another school called Kisaragi Academy stands on top of it. One night, a group of students at Kisaragi decide to perform the "Sachiko Ever After" charm, which brings them together as friends for eternity. However, upon completion of the charm, they find themselves transported back to Heavenly Host Elementary School, where the school is now haunted by murderous ghosts. Separated once again, the students must navigate the mysterious forces within and uncover the dark past of Heavenly Host before they can escape its horrors.

A group of students undergoes an enchanting spell meant to bring them closer together. They are unexpectedly transported to the enigmatic Heavenly Host Elementary School, where ghostly entities from the slain students appear before them.
