In a city where the supernatural intertwines with everyday life, the Libra organization works tirelessly to maintain harmony and stability.

A rift between Earth and the netherworlds led to New York being trapped in an impenetrable bubble. Over time, this bubble became known as Jerusalem's Lot, home to wondrous beings with crazy sci-fi sensibilities. A threat is now looming that could sever the bubble and unleash chaos across dimensions, and a special group of superhumans must step up to protect Jerusalem's Lot.
