Dr. Bill Crawford, a hunter, is attacked by a bear in Canada and saved by his guide, Joe Easter. Joe takes Bill to his cabin, where he meets Joe's beautiful wife, Alverna. As Joe goes on a hunting trip, Bill and Alverna fall in love. When Joe returns, he discovers his wife has fallen for Bill and sets out to kill them.
