The Three Stooges land a job putting up circus posters, only to find their pay consists of show tickets. When they try to resell their tickets, they get into trouble and hide backstage, where Curly encounters a bearded lady and Moe and Larry disguise themselves as a horse. Caught and given a choice between jail or joining the circus, they unknowingly become targets for the Zulu spear thrower. After Curly accidentally hits the spear thrower with one of his own spears, the boys flee for their lives.

Three Stooges land a gig promoting a circus by putting up posters, only to find out their payment comes in the form of show tickets. As they try to resell their tickets, they find themselves in a jam, and end up hiding backstage, where Curly has a memorable encounter.
